There is no importer in the middle
We manufacture in Glendale, Arizona, and have since 1979. We do not resell containers from anywhere.
So the price you see is the factory price, and a custom size or an unusual lettering job is a conversation with the people who will actually build it, not a request passed down a chain.
Repeat and trade buyers
Sign companies, event suppliers, dealer groups and marketing agencies who place balloons for clients. If you are ordering repeatedly, tell us on the first order rather than the fifth.
Terms depend on volume and on how regular the ordering is. It is a phone call, not a form.
We can build what is not on the list
The size table covers what most people want. It is not the limit of what we can make.
Non-standard sizes, unusual colour work, second-side messages, cold-air custom shapes to about 25 feet. All quoted per project. Send the spec and we will tell you whether it is buildable and what it costs.
And we repair what we build
This matters more for trade buyers than for anyone. A client’s damaged balloon can come back for repair rather than replacement.
Punctures, seam separations, torn tether patches. Quoted on inspection, and photographs first so nobody ships anything that is not worth repairing.
